What is sodium citrate?
The sodium citrate present in some of our Yabon Pudding To Go is a little helper used to balance the pH of the pudding and avoid any coagulation of the milk before heating.
What is the best temperature to serve Yabon Pudding To Go?
You can serve the Yabon Pudding To Go at room temperature (68° F – 77° F) or even chilled for a delicious snack (37° F – 40° F).

We do not have the US certification for now, but according to European standards, our Yabon Pudding To Go is GMO-free.

The Yabon Pudding To Go pouch is not recyclable. Unfortunately, our sterilization process doesn’t allow us to use recyclable pouch but we are working on it!
Does the Yabon Pudding To Go pouch contain BPA?
The Yabon Pudding To Go packaging and pouches are BPA and phthalate free.
What may cause mold to appear in damaged packages?
If a package becomes damaged, the product can become overly exposed to air. Because Yabon Pudding To Go does not contain preservatives, this could make it possible for mold to develop.
The mold that might occur is a common food mold, similar to what can happen with fresh fruit that has been overly exposed to air. To help ensure freshness, we recommend you eat the pudding right away after opening
